Terms and Conditions of SMS

Thank you for your interest in Faith Place, The Power-Packed Church (“Faith Place”, or “Organization”).
 
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our SMS notification program (the “Program”). By opting in to receive SMS notifications from Faith Place as a member, part-taker, donor, vendor, or partner, you agree to these Terms.

1. Opt-In and Opt-Out:

You agree to receive SMS notifications from the Organization by opting in during your investiture as a member, part-taker, minister, or upon completion of a connection card, or electronic connection card, application for participation in programming activity, pre-registration/registration for an event, volunteering, or application to volunteer.

You can opt-out of receiving SMS notifications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message you receive from us.

2. Message Frequency:

Ministers, members, and part-takers can expect to receive SMS notifications from the Organization approximately once per week.
Connection card completers, applicants for participation, registrants, and volunteers, can expect to receive SMS notifications from the Organization 3-4 times a year.
 
We reserve the right to adjust the frequency of messages at our discretion, but we will always strive to keep the volume reasonable.

3. Content of Messages:
SMS notifications may include information about upcoming events, deadlines, program updates, fundraising appeals, volunteer opportunities, and other relevant news from the Organization.

4. Message and Data Rates:
You may incur message and data rates from your wireless carrier for receiving SMS notifications. Please consult your carrier’s pricing plan for details.

5. Disclaimer:
The Organization does not guarantee the timeliness or delivery of all SMS notifications.
We are not liable for any delays or disruptions in the receipt of SMS notifications.

6. Termination:
The Organization reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Program at any time without notice.
You may terminate your participation with the Program at any time by opting out as specified in Section 1.

7. Privacy Policy:
Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

8. Changes to Terms:
The Organization reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the revised Terms on our website.

Your continued use of the Program after the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
